	*Remember: By clicking on remote support you are agreeing to be billed at $60.00/hr, and there is a 1 hour minimum charge!*


	Click on the image at left to begin your remote session!

	You will be prompted for the session ID. I will phone or e-mail you this ID. Also type in your name. When prompted, *RUN* the small program. When asked to be the “presenter” and “allow remote control”, *CLICK YES.* I will then control you machine, please do not touch the keyboard or mouse.


	AVG Could Care Customers Only

The first time you initiate a remote connection, you will be prompted to download the AVG Remote IT Service. Click Yes.

Download and run AVGViewerInstall.exe.

After installation, go back to the Devices tab, click Refresh, then Connect.

If you are prompted by your browser to run a Java plug–in, choose Always run on this site.

Finally, check: "I accept the risk and want to run this application" and then click Run.
