If I host your website and you are having trouble with your E-mail settings, these screen shots may help.
You can access your new E-mail address 1 of 2 ways, they are not exclusive you can use both (by the way if you don't like the E-mail name it is easy for me to change).
#1 From any computer anywhere in the world:
Type in the following in your browser (DO NOT USE www or http://):
mail.your-web-site-name.com
Click on any of the WEBMAIL links (I like IMP).
Now enter your FULL E-mail address as the user (emailname@yourwebsitename.com)
Now enter your E-mail password.
You are now in your mail box!
